So this past weekend was so much fun!!!
I had the opportunity to get away and go
scrapbooking with 7 other ladies from Church!! We got to the hotel on Friday around 1:00 and were set up and ready to start
scrappin' by 2:00. We all scrapped until 6:30 and then we took a "wild women" break for dinner and went to Buffalo Wild Wings!! We had a total blast..the food was good, the company was great, and the drinks started the evening!!!
Once we got back to the hotel we all changed into our comfy clothes and headed back to the scrap room to get some more pages done. We started around 8:30 and went until 2:00am!!!
All of us went to our rooms by 2:30 and attempted to sleep!! We were like high
schoolers giggling and laughing and picking on each other when it would get quite!! You know you have a true friend if you can sleep together...HA!!! Kim and I were both up at 7:30 and took our showers and then headed down for breakfast. Jackie and Beth were soon to follow. Then by 8:30 we were back to the
scraproom to finish another page or two and then back up so we could be home by 11:00.
The 4 other ladies that we went with stayed until 6:00pm Saturday.... However I scrapped once I got home because it was such a nice day the girls decided to stay outside and play (except Belle she wasn't feeling to well with not being able to sleep at home the night before). So I ended up getting 10 more pages done at home.... I believe that brought me to a total of 24 pages!!
I promise to have them posted by this weekend ~I can't wait to share everything I've gotten done. I actually feel proud and accomplished, something I haven't felt in a long time.
Our next crop will be held at our school on Friday November 24
th. We have two new people coming and I'm super excited to scrap more memories!!!
